March 2023 Sample Sale
Hey there blog readers, thank you for coming back for more TEEQ alpha, behind the scenes, backstage pass, access all areas, VIP information on what we’re currently working on and have been working on since March begun!
It’s not ‘official’ but we’ve slowly pulled down our turnaround time these last few weeks and have been able to get most orders out before our current 15-20 day turnaround time, this is not an official announcement and we aren’t decreasing it in our banner and in our bios just yet but it is something that we have set as a goal in 2023 to reduce down to 10-15 with some orders being placed, created, and dispatched within the same week too! Remember all our releases are handmade and made to order (with pins, stickers, postcards and other accessories as an exception) so it’s not as easy as it seems to pull down our production time, everything is made with love, everything is made with care and everything is made by us.
We do also offer an ‘EXPRESS’ option at checkout which we ask you to email us regarding first before placing your order so we can be sure to guarantee the urgency of your order and move it along our production line quicker, but there is one more exception for how YOU can get YOUR order quicker than our turnaround time suggests, and that is when your order consists of lines only from our Seconds & Sample Sale, where everything is ready to pack, ready to ship and ready to go, and the good news, our first SALE of the year is just a week away!
Our sample sales, or our seconds and sample sales, are a chance for you to save up to 50% off over 100+ items. From not so perfect seconds to exclusive rare items, all are ready made, ready to ship, bypassing our current turnaround time, so you really DON’T want miss out in the future!
Q: What’s a sample?
A: Samples are items with one off colour ways, styles or new products, because of this we don’t accept refunds or exchanges on these items.
Q: What’s a second?
A: Seconds are items with slight imperfections to the embroidery, markings or light damage to the clothing and again because of this we do not accept refunds or exchanges on these items.
Q: When does the sale begin?
A: The sale will, as always, be split over TWO days, Wednesday March 22nd & Thursday March 23rd. You’ll be able to preview available lines on the day an hour before the sale begins 6pm (GMT) meaning you can preview the sale as early as 5pm (GMT).
If lines from day one don’t sell out, they’ll remain available and rollover into day two, after day two any remaining lines will stay live until sold out, splitting the sale into two days just allows us an extra 24hours to move stock around but also allows you two chances at grabbing something rare / unique, you may be busy Wednesday but ready to go Thursday, we want everyone to grab something fun!
WHEN IT’S GONE, IT’S GONE - THERE IS NO WAY TO RESERVE A SALE ITEM.
If an item is available as a SIZE MEDIUM in our sale with a quantity of ONE, please note that you cannot request for a different size or different volume, what the listing says at the time is all that is and will be available, most listings will have their size listed in the title / description rather than a size selection due to most items being one offs or small volumes in one size.
This is your chance to grab items we’ve never released before and won’t release again, designs we’ve released on products we put aside, designs we put aside on products we’ve released and everything in between.
It’s fastest finger first with our sales so if there is an issue where you add an item to your cart, go to check out and the item sells out before you get to pay for it then we can only apologize but this is why we encourage everyone to get on our site before the sale begins, with tabs open, accounts logged into, payment set up and you’re just clicks away from grabbing yourself something cool and unique.
