SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT:

At the moment we are running with a 15-20 working day turn around on all made to order items. (This can change and we always try our best to get things out sooner, if you do need an item for a specific date please email: support@teeq.co BEFORE placing an order and selecting our URGENT ORDER SHIPPING FEE in the checkout).

What is Teeq?

Teeq is a unique clothing brand for lovers of pop culture, design & embroidery. Find out more about who runs Teeq on our About page.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our products are made to order, and processing time is usually 10 working days for both UK and international orders. Our turnaround times are subject to change due to demand. Processing time does not include shipping (but we'll always try and ship them out sooner in both cases!).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we can ship worldwide, though we do have to charge a little extra for it. All shipping prices are calculated in the checkout! PLEASE NOTE: Due to new Brexit laws an import fee will be charged on all orders over £20 via your delivery service once your order has arrived in your country. (Your delivery service will get in contact with you about this).

How long will my order take to arrive once dispatched?

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking link once dispatched.

International orders are sent via international standard for single items and royal mail international tracked for multiple items. Shipping can take 5-7 working days from dispatch.

I need my order for a certain date is this possible?

If you need your order for a certain date (even if it is after our 10 working day turn around) please get in contact via our Contact Page before placing an order to confirm that we can meet your deadline, as our turn around times can change. We do offer a urgent order fee in the checkout if you would like your order fast tracked but please email (support@teeq.co) BEFORE placing an order!

Can you do custom orders?

Unfortunately as everything is designed & embroidered by us we can’t accept custom orders as the process will take too long and be very costly for a one off piece.

Can you embroider an existing design on to another product?

All our stock is allocated to each design, so unfortunately this is something that we cannot offer.

What’s your refund policy?

If you are unhappy with your order we are able to refund you up to 14 days after your order has arrived. Please email support@teeq.co with your name, order number and reason for refund.

How can I cancel my order/part of my order?

Due to our processing times we only allow cancellations of made to order items up to a week after purchase, this is because your order is likely to be in production already. If you would like to cancel your order please email support@teeq.co with your name, order number and reason for cancellation.

I’m not sure what size to order can you help?

Please make sure when placing an order you are ordering the correct size - we recommend you check our size guides against your own measurements before purchasing.

I ordered the wrong size can I exchange it?

As all our items are made to order exchanges aren’t always possible. If you are unhappy with your item please email us your name, order number and reason for exchange to support@teeq.co. Please note: If you do want an exchange the replacement will be subject to our minimum 10 working days turn around, as a new item will need to be made.
