Hey there!
As TEEQ grows and expands I’d like to take the time to address a common query we get pulled up on and hope that this blog post gives a lot of next & existing customers a better understanding of how our order processing process works.
Please refer to Teeq - Shipping Policy for any queiries regarding shipping and shipping processing time which is different to order processing time and isn’t to be included in our process time.
NOTE: Processing time refers to the amount of working days we need to create and pack your order.
We always share our up to date and latest processing time in our website banner above and Instagram bio and keep note of when we change it ourselves. You can also pay for a fast track of your order at checkout which we offer to anyone for any order but ask you email us before doing so.
Processing time explained…
Below is a table to better explain how many days you expect to wait for your order to be dispatched, not the time you should expect to wait to receive your order.
Our official office operating days are Monday-Friday. I very often work Saturday-Sunday, remember there is only myself 99.9% of the time who is the only hands on person for the business designing everything, hand dying, embroidering, printing, pressing and everything in between is still all done in house by myself, there are no third parties for any part of our hand made - made to order products, and because of this we class our working days as only five days per week meaning two days are not counted as processing days.
The table below MAX number is the maximum consecutive calendar days your order may take to be processed, eg: if it’s 10-15 days then the maximum could be 21 days if non-working days and holidays are included and affect production. It’s also potential that if you place an order at the weekend the processing days don’t kick in until the weekend is over etc, this isn’t always the case but is just another reminder as to why we only include working days in our turnaround estimation.
Eg: If you place your order on April 1st and our current turnaround time is 10-15 days then your order isn’t guaranteed to be dispatched by April 15th, but in fact April 19th, this again is because Monday-Friday are classed as working days whereas Saturday & Sunday are not. We also took into consideration below processing times where bank holidays, seasonal holidays etc. also effect and delay the process of creating your order.
We always aim to process orders as quickly as we can and aim to beat the turnaround time quoted but remember that it’s only the time we’re asking you to wait for us to make and prepare your order, not for the time it takes from the moment we dispatch it and it gets delivered, again information on this can be found here: ‘Teeq - Shipping Policy’
