What is Teeq?


Teeq is a unique clothing brand for lovers of pop culture, design & illustration.


Do you ship internationally?


Yes we can ship worldwide, though we do have to charge a little extra for it.


How long will it take to receive my order?


As all our products are handmade to order we have a two week turn around! However sometimes it is possible that we ship them earlier, you should receive a shipping notification once your item has been dispatched.


How long will my order take to arrive once dispatched?


UK orders are sent via first class royal mail and can take 1-3 days working days from dispatch.


International orders are sent via international standard royal mail and can take 5-7 working days from dispatch.


Can you do custom orders?


Unfortunately right now we can’t accept custom orders as the process will take too long and be very costly for a one off piece. 


But if you would like an existing design on a different colour way or different product then please pop us a email and we can see what we can do. 


*Please note that it may not always be possible for us to embroider onto your chosen item and we may charge extra as we would have to purchase a single item.


What’s your refund policy?


If you are unhappy with your order we are able to refund you up to 14 days after your order has arrived. Please email alice@teeq.co with your name, order number and reason for refund.


I’m not sure what size to order can you help?


Please make sure when placing an order you are ordering the correct size! If you are unsure at all with sizing please pop us a email (alice@teeq.co) and we can provide you with a much more detailed size guide as every product has different sizing specs. 


I ordered the wrong size can I exchange it?


As we make all items to order exchanges aren’t always possible. If you are unhappy with the size of your item please email us your name, order number and reason for exchange to alice@teeq.co
